Shipping policy

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.  Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout (Billing Address).  Please note, all online orders are required to have a matching Billing and Shipping Address. Addresses that do not comply, will not be processed. 

Unfortunately sometimes, once shipped, packages go missing or are marked as delivered, yet you have not received them. In this case, you should contact USPS and file a lost or stolen package claim at 1(800) 275-8777 or visit them online at USPS Claims.
